Captain Frotes - Small Cavalry

The commander of the small cavalry troop of Draman
Del. He is a randrom, master of riding skills. He is somewhat
overweight and cheerful although he is a good cavalier.
He wears the silver-and-red breastplate
of the cavalry and fights with a little round shield and
scimitar.
